The health of our customers and the staff our companies is of great importance to us and we are actively working to prevent the spread of the virus.
Due to the exceptional situation, we are limiting lobby information services and front door opening hours from Wednesday 18th March as follows:
- Futura I lobby information and front doors are open on weekdays at 8-14
- Futura II lobby information and front doors are open on weekdays at 8-16
- Futura III lobby information and front doors are open on weekdays at 8-16
- Futura IV lobby information and front doors are open on weekdays at 8-14
We ask that you inform your possible visitors about this.
Morning mail is delivered to companies’ mailboxes in a normal fashion. Outgoing mail will be retrieved from Futura III at 13.00 and from Futura IV and Futura II at 13.15. Outgoing mail departs from Futura I at 14.00 and you may also deliver your outgoing mail directly to Futura I until 13.45.
We also hope that each one of us follows the guidelines to avoid meetings of more than 10 people in the Futura I-IV houses and to minimize the number of guests in general. Also e.g. breakfast meetings for Futura I-IV users have been cancelled at least during March-April.
Already from the beginning of this week, maintenance cleaning of the common areas of all four houses has been intensified. The contact surfaces on front and stairway doors, lifts and toilets have been cleaned at least once a day. We hope that each company also assesses the potential need for more efficient cleaning in their own premises.
Despite the exceptional circumstances, the core services of Vaasa Parks Oy Ab are continuing. Team member are advised to work remotely when possible, but our office on the 2nd floor of Futura I is open Mon-Fri from 8-16 also during this time. Real Estate Manager Petteri Väkelä (tel. +358 40 129 3437) and Service Assistant Jenna Hoffrén (tel. +358 400 282 440) handle urgent issues on site (e.g. key troubles or urgent service requests). However, we hope that you mainly contact our team members by phone or email.
