The Project Hub in Futura II offers a flexible and fully equipped working environment for project-based work and temporary needs. The space can be used simultaneously by multiple companies, for example during joint projects.

Flexible space for changing needs

The space is approximately 415 m² and consists of adaptable work areas combining private rooms, open workspace, and meeting facilities. It accommodates around 20–30 users and can be tailored to suit the needs of different companies and projects.The environment supports collaboration between organisations by providing a shared and functional workspace.

In addition to shared work areas, it is also possible to rent a dedicated private office if needed.

All essential services included

All essential services are included, making the space ready for immediate use. Users have 24/7 access with personal tags, and the premises are maintained through regular cleaning and upkeep.

High-speed connectivity, a fully equipped kitchen, lockers and shower facilities ensure a smooth and practical working environment from day one. This allows project teams to start working immediately without separate setup or service agreements.

Part of the Futura I-IV business environment

As part of the Futura I–IV environment, Project Hub users benefit from the wider service environment of the buildings, supporting both daily work and project-related collaboration needs.

Reception services are available during office hours, and a broad selection of meeting and sauna facilities can be used at internal rates. The area offers four on-site restaurants as well as ample parking and EV charging possibilities.

Flexible and scalable usage model

The pricing model is clear and flexible. Companies pay a monthly fee per user, allowing the number of users to be adjusted as needs change.

Workstations are not assigned to individual users, enabling flexible use of the space across different companies and changing project teams.
