We take responsibility for the project at every stage:

- construction contracting
- handover procedures for the property
- tasks during the guarantee period
Projects carried out following this operations model are based on close collaboration and openness with the user companies. Our flexible target price model allows the development of a property still at the construction stage in such a way that the user’s final implementation and rental costs are predictable at all times.

Our renewed strategy means that we are now also available in the role of a developer of different-aged properties. We seek business premises in the Vaasa region that require extensive renovation and transform them into modern activity-based offices and other facilities according to the needs of the businesses that will be using them.

Management services
Whenever the users and/or tenants wish, we are more than happy to take care of and be in charge of the maintenance and management of the property after its completion.
Such management can include a wide range of building maintenance services or just a selected number of them:
- administrative work
- legal work
- technical maintenance (building upkeep, servicing and maintenance)
The management services offered are flexibly planned in cooperation with the property owner.
We also offer the planning and implementation of the service environment according to the users’ wishes, including, for example, reception information, conference rooms and restaurant services.
