The fourth Futura building was completed for customer use in December 2014. Futura IV is an office building heated and cooled by green geothermal energy. It was seamlessly integrated into the existing business environment of the Futura I–III buildings. Like its predecessors, the building offers high-quality facilities with flexible and easily adaptable spatial planning to meet the users’ needs.
