Make a service request
Has your light bulb burned out or is your drain blocked? Submit a service request concerning the Futura I–IV buildings online. In urgent matters, please contact Real Estate Manager Petteri Väkelä, tel. +358 40 129 3437, or Service Coordinator Jenna Hoffrén tel. +358 400 282 440. In emergency situations outside office hours please contact Ares emergency number tel. +358 40 300 5300.
Opening of doors
Outside working hours, door opening in the Futura I-IV buildings are handled by AVARN Security Oy. Door opening can be ordered from AVARN Security Oy’s alarm center tel. +358 40 577 1200. Be prepared to present your ID.
Every Futura I–IV building has its own emergency plan. Read the emergency plans and find out the escape route and the nearest fire extinguisher and fire alarm point to your work station.
Built in the 2000s, the Futura I–IV buildings have office and conference rooms that are equipped with room-specific air conditioning to keep them pleasantly cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The property services of the Futura I–IV buildings include real estate management, facility maintenance, care of outdoor areas, cleaning of public areas, security, waste management, free use of the social facilities and access control.
