Powergate Technology House, Vaasa Airport Park
The new Powergate office building has been built in the Vaasa Airport Park
area. It has become as a "gate" to the Vaasa Airport Park when you arrive from
the highway. The house is planned and built for big international companies.
Parts A and B of the office building were completed in October 2007. Part C were
completed in October 2008.
The other main user of the house is Wärtsilä Finland Oy / Ship Power. The
other main user is Fujitsu Services Oy.
Powergate cater for the needs of the employees in every respect - there is a
restaurant, several conference rooms as well as lobby services and information
services.
Powergate house is created in accordance with modern technology demands,
investing particularly to the amusement and flexibility and not forgetting the
efficiency. In planning and completion has been set special aims for energy
saving, by investing to progressive automation system.
