THE SWITCH
The Switch is a pioneer in tapping into the business potential of renewable
energy resources. Our business areas are wind power and other emerging
businesses, including industrial facilities, variable speed gensets, and solar
and fuel cell applications. Our expertise covers control systems, power
electronics and electrical machines. Close cooperation with university-based
researchers ensures that our products incorporate the latest technology and are

We optimize our products to the customer’s own machines or systems in wind
turbine and other renewable energy or energy conserving applications. Producing
for your capacity requirements, our purpose-built systems lead to the highest
achievable productivity. Tailoring also guarantees the high quality and
availability of electricity.
Producta II
The planning of Producta II was started in the beginning of 2007. New
premises are made completely for The Switch. The building was completed by its
inner spaces in April 2008. Yard work are completed during the summer 2008.
The total area of Producta II is over 5 000 mē, incuding ca. 1 600 mē office
