Oy Vaasa Parks Ab has responsibility of office building Powergate (the main user being Wärtsilä Finland Oy), Producta II, designed specifically for The Switch and Technology Houses Futura I, II and III. Of these premises, Futura I-III and Producta II are part of the Vaasa Parks Group.
